David Deitz

David Deitz has achieved his Doctor of Physical Therapy from Temple University and a Master of Physical Therapy from West Virginia University, where he also did his undergraduate work acquiring a BA in Human Performance and Health. He is a recognized Board Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist. He has been in orthopedic private practice since 2005.

David has always enjoyed using his knowledge and skill to bless others and build genuine relationships with his patients. He opened Providence Physical Therapy in 2018 for the opportunity to more fully invest in the service of his patients, co-workers, and community. He enjoys the comfortable, family-like environment and great people at Providence Physical Therapy! David and his wife, Heidi, along with their two children, enjoy exploring life together! He and his family are active members of Scott’s Hill Baptist Church.

Natalie Thompson

Natalie graduated from Loma Linda University, CA in 2010. She specializes in Pelvic Health with a strong foundation and background in orthopedics. Natalie has completed numerous continuing education courses through Herman & Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation Institute and has a strong passion for her patients healing process.

Natalie prides herself on treating the whole person and has a strong passion for being a part of someone’s healing process. She considers it a blessing to use her skills to improve her patient’s quality of life! Natalie and her family enjoy the beach, camping, and loving on family, friends, and the community around them.

Tina Fortier

Tina studied physical therapy at University of Lowell in Massachusetts. She is a Certified Vestibular Specialist. She has nearly 40 years of experience treating spine and joint pain using a variety of approaches including McKenzie Mechanical diagnosis and treatment, Gary Gray’s functional transformation and pain neuroscience education. She is certified in 4 levels of vestibular training and has earned a diploma in the online international vestibular diploma program.

Tina is positive, energetic, and a blessing to Providence Physical therapy. She enjoys traveling, hiking, and spending time with her family including her 3 kids and 9 grandchildren. After 40 years of treating people, she is still humbled by God’s design of the human body and excited to help each person achieve their functional goals.

Carol Fink

Carol is the first friendly face most patients meet at Providence Physical Therapy. She has a heart for caring for people – patients and staff alike! She has worked in physical therapy clinics since 2008 and enjoys making patients feel welcomed right from the start. David and Carol first met working together at a clinic in Pennsylvania. Since then, she has become a close family friend and moved here to join Providence Physical Therapy in 2019.

She enjoys living near the beach, taking walks with good friends, exploring local places to eat, and is active in her church.

Office Manager

Michelle Beckwith

Michelle joined our team in 2020, bringing her office administration skills and billing experience to Providence Physical Therapy. She works hard coordinating insurance benefits and taking care of the financial side of the practice. Her dependability and steady demeanor have made her a valuable part of our staff. In addition to taking care of the billing needs, she loves on our patients at the front desk and as an aide.

She is a mother of 2, and her active family enjoys the outdoors: fishing, camping, hiking, and rafting.
